1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dunia21 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and dunia21 ("Platform", "We"). They apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing platform content via any device or browser.

The dunia21 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority as required under applicable Malaysian law.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of dunia21 services, you are required to register an account by providing information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are solely responsible for ensuring the validity of the information provided and must update it whenever any changes occur.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple accounts registered by the same user are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account. dunia21 recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account will be treated as your own actions, unless you report any unauthorised use to us immediately.

  • Use a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Log out of your account after every session on a shared device.
  • Contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a dunia21 user, you agree to comply with all platform rules and to refrain from any activity that could compromise the integrity, security, or functionality of the platform. Specific prohibitions include:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written approval.
  • Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
  • Spreading false information, harmful content, or engaging in any form of fraud through the platform.
  • Using another person's account or a false identity to access our services.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or any platform mechanism through unauthorised means.

Dunia21 reserves the right to investigate any complaint or report relating to a breach of these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the accounts involved.

4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the dunia21 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and DuitNow.

Deposit

Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction has been successfully confirmed by the payment provider. Any issues with pending credits should be reported to our customer support team by email at [email protected]. dunia21 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the established verification procedures. You must ensure that your bank account or e-wallet details on file are accurate and registered in your own name. dunia21 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal while a security investigation is ongoing. Minimum limits and processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on the method selected.

Bonus & Promotions

Any bonus or promotion offered by dunia21 is subject to the specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus abuse, including any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements, may result in bonus forfeiture and action being taken against your account.

5. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure

Dunia21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fraudulent activity, manipulation, or any attempt to deceive the platform or other users.
  • Multiple accounts registered by the same user.
  • Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
  • Suspicious activity indicating possible unauthorised use or unlawful access.
  • Account closure requested by the user.

In cases where an account is suspended due to a security investigation, any valid credit balance will be held until the investigation is concluded. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, dunia21 reserves the right to withhold any credit balance associated with the activity that constituted the breach.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team by email. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all outstanding transactions have been settled.

6. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the dunia21 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of dunia21 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The dunia21 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, dunia21 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including service disruptions, data loss, or game outcomes.

The dunia21 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. dunia21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.

Changes to Terms

Dunia21 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. Malaysian law governs all matters relating to the use of this platform.
